The bar will welcome Civil Liberties Bar from Canada, ranked #3 among Canada’s 100 Best Bars and #21 in North America’s 50 Best Bars 2025, for an exclusive takeover.

Led by Founder and Senior Executive Barback Nikolai Kennedy, Civil Liberties is renowned for its menu-free philosophy, guest-led creations, and pioneering techniques like vacuum distillation. Its blend of dive-bar spirit and world-class craftsmanship has helped redefine cocktail culture globally.
