FICCI FLO Bengaluru Unveils FLO Sante A First-of-its-Kind Platform for Women-Led Brands

FICCI FLO Bengaluru, the women’s wing of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), has announced the inaugural edition of FLO Santé, a groundbreaking initiative redefining the way India approaches sustainability, business, and community from a women’s perspective.

Conceived by Dekyi Yangtso Chawla, Chairperson of FICCI FLO Bangalore, FLO Santé is more than just an event — it’s a movement. It aims to transform the traditional marketplace into an inclusive and conscious hub of growth and innovation.

The event will be held on Friday, July 18, at Anantya, Gate 9, Palace Grounds, and will feature over 130 women-led brands across sectors, including sustainable fashion, artisanal food, wellness, natural beauty, and mindful living. Rooted in purpose and ethical entrepreneurship, the event is free and open to all.

Central to FLO Santé is The Wedding Edit Pavilion, a carefully curated space that combines couture, wellness, gifting, and beauty under one roof. This showcase not only celebrates aesthetics but also aligns with national goals to integrate women-led micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) into high-value sectors such as India’s $50 billion wedding economy — fostering growth through direct customer engagement rather than charity.

Shivan Narresh to Host Couture on the Table Workshop

In true Bengaluru style, the day will also feature a fashion masterclass by Shivan & Narresh, a workshop on ‘Couture on the Table,’ a wellness session by Marzi exploring holistic health and longevity, along with live musical performances to foster warmth and community spirit.

In an era where sustainability is often a buzzword and women-led businesses struggle to gain visibility beyond social media, FLO Santé bridges the gap between purpose and profit. From reusable tote bags and tetra pack water stations replacing single-use plastics, to pre-loved fashion swaps encouraging circularity, and a pedal-powered installation generating electricity, the event demonstrates that conscious choices can be both impactful and inspiring.

Commenting on the initiative, Chawla said, We’re not here to incubate businesses; we’re here to give them real customers, real visibility, and real sales. FLO Santé is about creating access to markets, not just mentorship. It’s a commercial platform where women-led brands can thrive, scale, and be seen as serious contributors to India’s economic future.
