This October, JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa is inviting guests to indulge in a distinctive culinary celebration with the “Andhra Food Festival” at The Aviary, from October 24 to 26, 2025. This three‑day gastronomic journey offers a rare opportunity to savour the rich, earthy, and fiery flavours of the Telugu heartland, celebrating the heritage and traditions of Andhra, Telangana, and Rayalaseema.

The festival will be curated by Home Chef Sravani Kanisetti, a culinary artisan renowned for her dedication to preserving the traditional flavours of Rayalaseema and Telangana. Winner of Home Chef by Marriott Telangana and a participant in Indian Culinary Treasures (ICT), Chef Sravani brings years of expertise and passion to every dish. Through her venture, Narwin’s Kitchen, she revives and promotes traditional spice blends, pickles, and authentic recipes from the Telugu region, offering guests a truly immersive experience of regional cuisine.

Guests can look forward to a thoughtfully curated buffet, live cooking counters, and interactive chef‑led storytelling sessions that reveal the history, culture, and techniques behind each dish.

The menu features iconic regional favourites such as Pulihora (Tamarind Rice), Natu Kodi Pulusu (Country Chicken Curry), Hyderabadi Biryani, Rayalaseema Ruchulu, and Ragi Sangati (Finger Millet Rice). Complementing the dishes are refreshing beverages inspired by local flavours, including Mirapakaya Masala Splash, Jaggery Lemon Cooler, and Coconut Grove, offering guests a taste of tradition in a serene lakeside setting.
