Blue Tokai’s 2025 Summer Menu is a Cool Celebration of Indian Seasons and Global Taste

With summer in full swing, Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters, India’s beloved specialty coffee brand, has unveiled its new Summer Menu, an ode to seasonal indulgence and nostalgic Indian flavours with a modern, refreshing twist.

From the luscious Alphonso Smoothie to the zingy Lychee Lemonade and the tart Hibiscus Raspberry Spritzer, every drink is carefully curated to beat the heat while evoking childhood memories of mangoes, citrus coolers, and garden herbs.

Adding a distinct touch to the menu are two matcha-based offerings, created in collaboration with Got Tea, India’s leading premium matcha brand. The Dirty Matcha, blending espresso with ceremonial-grade Japanese matcha, offers depth and intensity, while the Coconut Matcha is a light and creamy escape into tropical bliss.

The food menu introduces a vibrant selection of sourdough tartines featuring summery toppings like Guacamole & Feta, Chimichurri Millet, and Chicken Chimichurri. Each bite is fresh, wholesome, and perfectly paired with the new drinks.

For dessert lovers, the Almond Orange Bostock and the decadent Chocolate Cake bring the perfect sweet note to a summer day.
