Jaypee Vasant Continental has announced a special gastronomic celebration honouring the vibrant and diverse culinary heritage of Bihar. From June 27 to July 6, 2025, Paatra, the hotel’s acclaimed Indian fine-dining restaurant, will host a Bihari Food Festival curated by renowned Chef Maneesh Srivastava.

This 10-day event will take diners on a flavourful journey to the heart of Bihar, featuring a carefully curated menu inspired by traditional recipes handed down through generations. Highlights include classic dishes such as Litti Chokha, Champaran Meat Curry, Kadhi Badi, and Khajur ka Halwa, showcasing the rich tapestry of regional flavours and cultural heritage.
