As the strawberry season arrives, Emirates is celebrating the quintessential British summer fruit with a new seasonal strawberry menu available on flights between Dubai and the UK this July. Running from July 14 to 31, 2025, the special menu follows Emirates’ Wimbledon-themed offering and continues the celebration of British seasonal flavours.
The curated selection highlights the versatility and freshness of British strawberries, with dishes served across all cabin classes. Highlights include classic desserts such as Eton Mess, along with modern interpretations like honey cake accompanied by strawberry compote and clotted cream. Each dish has been carefully crafted by Emirates’ award-winning culinary team, and onboard, passengers will receive a message from the chef explaining the inspiration behind each creation.
At the centre of this initiative is Bustanica, the world’s largest indoor vertical farm in Dubai, which supplies a variety of strawberries, including the sweet and rich-flavoured Monterey. Emirates also partners with ‘Blush from UK’ and Oaklands Fruit Farm, a family-owned business nestled in the Vale of Evesham, renowned for its premium strawberries. Committed to sustainability and ethical farming, Oaklands actively supports the local community through education and seasonal employment. This year, Oaklands will supply Emirates with Champion, Favori, and Karima strawberry varieties.
This limited-time offering exemplifies Emirates’ dedication to celebrating global cultures through thoughtfully curated inflight menus, reaffirming its reputation as an airline that delights passengers with seasonal and regionally inspired experiences.
