From June 25 to August 20, 2025, Air France is delighting food lovers with a new pop-up restaurant on The Rooftop at Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann. Throughout the summer, visitors from around the world can enjoy long-haul Business class menus “just like on board,” set against breathtaking panoramic views of Paris.
Following the success of last year’s pop-up during the Paris 2024 Olympics, this year’s restaurant is located on the eighth floor of the iconic department store, offering an elegant, custom-designed setting in the airline’s signature colours—navy blue, white, and touches of red. With only twenty covers and two lunch services daily, it creates a private, cosy atmosphere reminiscent of the airline’s luxurious airport lounges. Guests can relax on an outdoor lounge with sunbeds while soaking in spectacular sights of the Eiffel Tower, Montmartre, and the city rooftops.
Gourmet Dining with a French Touch
The menu features French-style dishes prepared by airline catering experts Servair, served “just like on board.” Each course — from appetisers and starters to mains, cheeses, and desserts — is presented in tableware designed specifically for Air France by Jean-Marie Massaud, emulating the airline’s Business meal trays.
Diners will enjoy dishes crafted by triple Michelin-starred chef Régis Marcon, inspired by nature and his native Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. The menu includes options like Camargue rice with lemon, carrot, and orange sauce, or chicken with morel mushroom sauce, served with rice pilaf and green asparagus — replicating the onboard fine dining experience.
Sweet treats, created by 2023 World’s Best Pastry Chef Nina Métayer, feature light yet indulgent pastries such as crunchy hazelnut and caramel delights and Tatin-style crunchy desserts. A carefully curated wine and champagne list, designed by Air France’s head sommelier Xavier Thuizat — crowned Best Sommelier in France in 2022 — complements the meals, with a variety of non-alcoholic drinks available as well.
Don’t miss this exclusive opportunity to dine like an Air France Business passenger in a stunning Parisian setting — a perfect blend of world-class cuisine and breathtaking views.
