Crowne Plaza Greater Noida is hosting 'Kitchen of Mughals', an exclusive food festival at its Indian fine dining restaurant, Spice Art, from May 17 to 31, 2025. The event offers a chance to experience the flavours and opulence of ancient Mughal kitchens, with the restaurant transformed into a regal Durbar setting.

Chef Vijay has curated the menu to reflect the rich culinary heritage of the Mughal era, featuring slow-cooked dishes and fragrant spices traditionally enjoyed by emperors and nobles. Highlights include Kakori Kebab, Murgh Musallam, Borhi Raan, and Mahi Qaliya, alongside vegetarian and dessert options. The occasion is complemented by classical Indian music and service inspired by royal customs, providing an immersive journey into a significant chapter of culinary history.

Sharad K Upadhyay, General Manager, Crowne Plaza Greater Noida, adds, “At Crowne Plaza Greater Noida, we continually seek to deliver immersive dining experiences. ‘Kitchen of Mughals’ is not just a meal – it’s a journey through the rich history and opulence of one of the world’s most celebrated culinary legacies.”
