Hyatt Regency Pune have announced an exclusive culinary pop-up with renowned French Chef Alexandre Kerbouz, famed for his innovative take on French cuisine infused with Mediterranean and Arabic influences. From June 20 to 29, at Zeta, journey through an unforgettable dinner-only tasting experience, featuring a carefully curated menu that highlights Chef Kerbouz’s mastery and cross-cultural flair.
Trained at the prestigious Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon and École de Paris des Métiers de la Table, Chef Kerbouz has graced Michelin-starred kitchens including Le George V, Le Bristol Paris, and Lord of the Manor in Gloucestershire. Now based in India, he is passionate about showcasing global flavours through his culinary festivals, pop-ups, and upcoming ventures, including his new restaurant, Miara, in Mumbai and Bengaluru.
During this special event, guests will enjoy a sophisticated tasting menu rooted in classical French technique, elevated with bold Arabic and Mediterranean flavours. Signature dishes include Chilled Green Pea Velouté with Homemade Ricotta, Duck Breast in Four-Spice Sauce, a modern twist on Coq au Vin, and indulgent desserts such as Baba au Rhum and Vanilla Millefeuille.
