The Westin Gurgaon has launched a new menu at Sunset Story, its rooftop lounge and bar, curated by Executive Sous Chef Ankit Malhotra. The menu aims to evoke a “sunset state of mind,” blending local and international culinary influences with a focus on comfort foods and storytelling through flavours.
The menu takes diners on a journey from Kashmir with hearty Shorbas, to Punjab with innovative Italian-Indian fusion dishes like Tandoori Paneer Tortellini and Charcoal Chicken Ravioli. It features regional specialities from Maharashtra such as Puneri Potato Wada and Tapioca Khichdi, as well as coastal Kerala-inspired mains including Malabar Paneer Curry and Grilled Sea Bass. Desserts include a Milk Almond Tart with Gold Leaf, dark chocolate bark, and traditional sweets.
Guests can also explore a brand-new cocktail menu, each cocktail has been designed to complement the golden hour, from the first glow to the last blush, offering an immersive pairing with the rooftop’s panoramic views and vibrant new menu.
“With Sunset Story, our vision was to reimagine comfort food through a contemporary lens. By merging timeless Indian flavours with globally inspired techniques, we’ve created a familiar yet refreshingly unexpected menu designed to delight and surprise our guests at every course,” said Chef Ankit.
