The inaugural chapter, Utsav: Festivals of India, unfolds on Friday, October 3, featuring a lavish multi-course menu of India’s festive classics reimagined by Michelin-starred Chef Vikas Khanna. Each dish will be paired with an exquisite selection of Sula Vineyards wines, hand-picked and presented by Sula’s expert sommelier to create a seamless journey of flavour and tradition.
From crisp Sauvignon Blanc and aromatic Riesling to elegant Chenin Blanc, Sula Vineyards brings its celebrated repertoire to Dubai, showcasing a commitment to world-class craftsmanship and sustainable winemaking.
