The St Regis Goa Resort has announced the launch of Amocasa at Oliveto, an exclusive dining experience debuting on October 10, 2025. Reimagining the Japanese art of Omakase with a distinctly Italian sensibility, Amocasa offers guests a convivial evening of flavour, storytelling, and indulgence in true St Regis style.

Born from the Japanese tradition of Omakase, where guests entrust the chef to curate a personalised journey, Amocasa brings the same spirit of surprise and intimacy to Italian cuisine. At Oliveto, Chef Silvio presents this distinctive concept as a house‑style soirée of small plates, pizzas, pastas, and signature creations, all served in an aperitivo format. Designed for discovery and conversation, the menu showcases light tasting portions that highlight the breadth and soul of Italy, while inviting guests to savour a wide variety of flavours in one evening.
