The Leela Hyderabad Unveils NILA – A Modern Urban Spa

The Leela Hyderabad has recently announced the opening of NILA, its state-of-the-art, four-storey wellness and spa sanctuary that heralds a new chapter in the city’s luxury scene. Situated seamlessly adjacent to the hotel with its own private entrance, NILA offers a transformative spa and fitness journey for both in-house guests and Hyderabad’s wellness-conscious community.

Covering 18,400 sq ft, NILA combines traditional Indian healing philosophies with the latest in modern science and design. The layout has been thoughtfully curated to provide a layered wellness experience—from ground to rooftop. Visitors start at ground level with the NILA Wellness Café, which serves carefully curated, nourishing food and beverages, alongside dedicated yoga and Pilates studios designed for both restorative and strength-building movement.

The first floor features a fully equipped gym and a physiotherapy suite, perfect for personalised training and recovery. The second floor, exclusively for women, includes a private salon and spa, a consultation room, a tranquil private lounge, and sauna cabins enhanced with halotherapy and chromotherapy. Additionally, NILA offers exclusive treatments from Biologique Recherche, a French luxury skincare brand renowned for its clinical, high-performance formulas. Using raw active ingredients and cold-processing techniques to preserve molecular potency, these facials address concerns such as fine lines, dullness, pigmentation, and dehydration. Each body ritual begins with a symbolic Himalayan salt foot cleanse, honouring the guest and facilitating a transition into relaxation and renewal.
