ITC Hotels Limited has redesigned its loyalty programme, Club ITC, delivering greater benefits to ensure members feel rewarded across all customer interactions. spanning over 140 hotels in 90 destinations. Points no longer expire for active members who complete at least one transaction annually. The new Platinum Select tier enables members to retain Platinum benefits for 15 years, recognising long-standing guest loyalty and sustaining premium perks. Access to higher tiers is easier, with the Club ITC programme requiring fewer nights for top-tier status.

“Club ITC is not just about points; it is about creating joy at every touchpoint—whether you stay, celebrate, or dine with us. With our new promise of Feel Rewarded, we are delivering one of the most transparent, inclusive, and value-driven loyalty programmes in the industry,” said Anil Chadha, Managing Director of ITC Hotels Limited.

The programme operates on a straightforward structure where 1 Green Point equals Rs 1, providing clear value for our members.

Club ITC now offers enhanced earnings of two to eight per cent on stays and dining, compared with the previous two to five per cent structure. Milestone rewards recognise members throughout their journey, not solely at tier upgrades. The new Club ITC proposition consolidates separate guest and booker programmes into a single unified scheme serving all segments. Members can now earn Green Points not only for their personal stays but also when booking for others, and for events including weddings and social gatherings.

The Culinaire dining programme is now a subscription plan offering 20 per cent instant savings on food and beverage, spa services and laundry across participating hotels. In addition to the 20 per cent savings, members can also earn up to 12 per cent Green Points on F&B spends, plus curated vouchers including complimentary stays and buffets.

Further value has been added with the industry-first introduction of multi-year subscriptions, allowing members to buy today for tomorrow.

Members can convert Green Points to Marriott Bonvoy points at a 2:3 ratio for global hotel access. Points can also be redeemed against International Travel House vouchers for flights and premium rides, extending Club ITC into a travel programme. Club ITC rewards members across stays, celebrations and dining experiences, making every interaction with ITC Hotels both memorable and valuable.
