Anardana, located in Unity One Elegante Mall, Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi, launched a new cocktail collection inspired by the street cuisines of cities across India and the world. Blending global techniques with an Indian spirit, each drink reimagines street flavours using bold ingredients and layered profiles, resulting in cocktails that are simultaneously nostalgic and modern, perfectly complementing the dining experience.

The aromatic Banarasi Paan combines gin and rosso vermouth with gulkand and betel leaves, capturing the sweetness, spice and ceremonial charm of Banaras in a refined and modern drink. Kaapi Time blends whiskey with South Indian filter coffee, coconut and brown sugar, offering warmth, depth and a comforting, soulful finish. 

The Phirni Tini reinterprets the beloved dessert as a clarified, creamy, delicate and indulgent cocktail. At the same time, Samurai's Sip is bold and umami-forward, with whiskey, gari, passion fruit and ponzu providing a fun, all-around edge. Fresh and herbaceous, Tuscan Sunset combines gin with basil, olive, tomato and coconut, evoking sunny Mediterranean afternoons in every sip.

Balancing innovative creations with timeless classics, the crisp Dark 'n Stormy combines dark rum with ginger beer for a spicy, refreshing finish, while the bright and elegant Cosmopolitan combines vodka and orange liqueur with lime and cranberry for effortless sophistication. 

The ever-popular LIIT (500ml) unites vodka, gin, rum, tequila and triple sec with lime and cola, bold, festive and perfect for sharing.
