A borderless dining experience arrives in Ambience Mall

Andrea’s opened its latest outlet in Ambience Mall, Gurugram, bringing its “World of Flavours on a Plate” concept to the city. The restaurant is inspired by founder Andrea Pauro’s travels and lifelong appreciation for global cuisines. Designed as a calm and welcoming space, it reflects Gurugram’s cosmopolitan character while offering guests the chance to experience international flavours without leaving the city.

The kitchen operates without borders, drawing influences from Pauro’s experiences across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Signature dishes include Andrea’s House Salad and the San Sebastian Cheesecake, crafted with equal attention to technique and taste. The Gambas Al Ajillo features sizzling garlic prawns in Spanish style, while Pollo Pizzaiolo adds an Italian touch. The Kafta Lamb Burger brings Middle Eastern spices to the plate, and Andrea’s Krapow captures the intensity of Bangkok’s street-style flavours. Yalla Habibi adds another layer of Middle Eastern warmth to the menu.

The menu caters to diverse dietary preferences, offering dishes such as Mala Chilli Tofu for plant-based diners and gluten-free pizzas and pastas that maintain the same flavour-forward approach. New additions like The Protein Salad and the Super Green Salad highlight Andrea’s commitment to wholesome and balanced dining.

The Gurugram opening marks a milestone for Andrea’s Eatery, introducing the brand to a discerning, well-travelled audience. The interiors complement the concept with warm lighting and relaxed seating for eighty guests, creating an inviting space suitable for families, friends, or business lunches. The restaurant operates daily from noon to 11 p.m., while delivery through Zomato and Swiggy brings the experience to guests’ homes.
