Digital travel platform Agoda has unveiled its latest India campaign, titled ‘Escape the Stress, See The World For Less’, starring Bollywood star Ayushmann Khurrana in a lively double role. The campaign emphasises the importance of taking regular breaks in today’s hectic world and highlights Agoda as the ideal choice for affordable getaways.

While frequent travel can sometimes be costly, Agoda counters this by offering budget-friendly options across over 5 million holiday properties both within India and overseas.

In the new TV advert, Khurrana plays two characters. First, he is depicted as a busy, overworked employee, before transforming into the charismatic “Chief Wellness Officer” — Mr Vacaywala — who paves the way to stress-free travel with Agoda. The advertisement cleverly demonstrates how Agoda’s competitive prices make it easy for everyone to enjoy regular escapes, helping them to refresh and re-energise.
Khurrana shared, “Between juggling jam-packed schedules and marathon days on set, I could definitely use aMr. Vacaywalain my life. Playing this character for Agoda's campaign was a blast, and it was a fun reminder that we all need to hit pause and recharge every now and then.”

As Agoda continues to expand within the Indian market, this campaign aims to connect with consumers seeking hassle-free, wallet-friendly travel options. The campaign is brought to life in partnership with creative agency Ogilvy and will be showcased across both television and digital platforms.
