Chef Kunal Kapur introduced Pincode Bungalow in Goa. The restaurant is located in Vagator and is housed within a carefully restored Portuguese residence that is over a century old, offering a setting that reflects the region’s heritage and character.

Pincode Bungalow showcases a curated selection of Indian flavours inspired by diverse regional pincodes across the country. The concept brings together signature elements of the globally recognised Pincode format in an intimate and culturally rooted Goan setting.

Designed to provide a relaxed and immersive dining experience, the space unfolds gradually throughout the day, reflecting the unhurried rhythm and atmosphere of Goa.

Mornings begin at Indiroom, a contemporary Indian café developed in collaboration with Caarabi Coffee Roastery. Here, regional breakfast favourites meet India’s diverse coffee terroirs, encouraging guests to start slow, savour familiar flavours, and ease into the day in a space that is relaxed yet quietly refined.

As the afternoon light filters in, the Glasshouse becomes the heart of the bungalow. This sun drenched dining space celebrates India’s culinary diversity through comforting, shareable plates that draw from different regions and memories, inviting long conversations over food that feels both rooted and thoughtfully reinterpreted.

By evening, Baar-Bar shifts the mood. Inspired by the energy of India’s social drinking culture, it pairs vinyl-led sessions and memory-driven cocktails with a chakhna menu of bold, nostalgic bites, creating an atmosphere that is lively yet unpretentious.
