Chiva-Som Hua Hin has announced its 'Retreat and Renew' programme, a comprehensive two-month wellness initiative running from November to December 2025. The programme offers guests transformative experiences focused on sustainable wellness and mindful reflection.

November: Sustainable Wellness

The month features Japanese Facial Wellness workshops with visiting consultant Masa Sugiyama, who returns to offer her signature Masa Method. On 5 November, guests can participate in the Loy Krathong celebration with a ceremonial parade and krathong floating. A weekly class on fall prevention for older adults begins on 10 November, while a talk on hormonal balance by naturopathic consultant Patience Sangwa is scheduled for 28 November. Weekly functional movement training includes YBell Essentials, LMT, AquaX and Lumbo-Pelvic Rhythm exercises.

December: Reflect and Reward

Weekly sessions include Healing Laughter, Chakra Dance and Colour Meditation with practitioner Sreela Nair, alongside Barbell Fusion and Kettlebell Training classes. On 16 December, resident naturopathic consultant Keletso Kelosiwang will lead a workshop on health measurements. The festive period features a charity barbecue supporting Rise Up Thailand on 24 December, Christmas Day brunch on 25 December, and a New Year's Eve celebration with Tibetan Bowls Sound Bath and gala dinner. The programme concludes on 1 January 2026 with a Tak Bat Merit Ceremony and intention-setting session.

The resort has also introduced a 'Taste of Indochina' menu at The Emerald Room restaurant, showcasing authentic flavours from Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia. A new Communal Table on The Emerald Terrace, crafted from upcycled coconut husks, provides a space for digital detox and social connection.
