Cleartrip, one of India’s online travel platforms, has kicked off its first-ever tech roadshow, Tripverse, under the theme “Building for Tomorrow’s Travel”. The event served as a stage to unveil the company’s AI-powered innovations, signalling a bold move from transactional booking models to highly personalised and thoughtful travel experiences.

Manjari Singhal, Chief Growth & Business Officer, Cleartrip, noted, "We believe the future of trip planning isn't just about efficiency, it's about immersion. AI is enabling a new era of travel where planning becomes an integral, exciting part of the journey itself. We are committed to being at the forefront of this revolution, leveraging AI to go beyond simple search and booking. We want to empower travellers to discover, explore, and connect with their destinations in a way that was never before possible."

The showcase brought together Flipkart’s technology team, industry leaders, and key partners to explore how artificial intelligence is poised to transform the way people plan, book, and experience their trips.

During the keynote panel, Cleartrip executives shared their vision for a future where AI goes beyond simple recommendations, offering travellers real-time, context-aware solutions that adapt to their preferences, budget, and evolving plans. By harnessing advanced algorithms, Cleartrip aims to create more immersive journeys that cater to individual needs, from inspiration to post-travel engagement.

The roadshow also shone a spotlight on Cleartrip’s “talent-first” approach. By fostering a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and impact, the company is positioning itself as a magnet for top-tier professionals in the travel tech sector.

Tripverse marked not just a milestone for Cleartrip’s innovation pipeline but also a statement of intent: to lead the travel industry’s AI-driven evolution and set new benchmarks in customer experience.

Manoj Awasthi, Chief Technology Officer, Cleartrip, elaborated on the tech-driven approach, stating, “AI is central to how we’re building at Cleartrip, acting as a force multiplier for our teams. AI isn't about doing less; it's about helping us do more, creating richer, faster, and more personalised user choices. We’re using it as a productivity tool for accelerated code development and Agentic AI for automating high-volume customer service tasks. We've deployed Generative AI in customer tools like our trip planner, Trippy, and to highlight flight trends, helping customers make informed decisions. As we develop more use cases, AI will be central to our future.”
