Encalm Hospitality has launched a 3D anamorphic installation at Terminal III of Indira Gandhi International Airport. This marks the first such installation at an Indian airport and is part of the company’s effort to integrate art and technology within the airport environment.
The installation is designed to create an interactive visual experience for travellers, with the objective of positioning airport spaces as destinations in themselves rather than just transit points. The initiative is accompanied by a brand film showcasing Encalm’s airport hospitality services.
The film highlights Atithya, the company’s Meet and Greet service offering end-to-end assistance including porter support, buggy rides and fast-track access across three tiers – Silver, Gold and Elite. It also features Encalm Lounges, which offer seating, dining and Wi-Fi facilities, as well as Encalm Spa, which provides therapies and treatments for travellers. The film concludes with Encalm Privé, a lounge at Terminal 3 that includes a business centre, kids’ play area, library, wellness zone and bar.
The campaign targets travellers who value convenience and integrated services. To amplify awareness, Encalm partnered with digital content platforms such as Mad Over Marketing and Marketing Mind. The campaign has recorded a reach of over one million, with 1.08 million impressions, 17,000 engagements and 586,000 video views. Encalm’s Instagram following grew by 6 per cent during the campaign period.
The installation at Terminal III is attracting an estimated 2,000 visitors daily, generating user content and on-ground engagement.
