Shangri-La Eros New Delhi has announced the opening of its reimagined Wellness Club, a 27,000 sq ft sanctuary designed to redefine urban wellbeing. Nestled within the tree-lined boulevards of Lutyens’ Delhi, the expansive retreat integrates fitness, recovery therapies, hydrothermal experiences, and spa indulgence, setting a new benchmark for luxury wellness in the capital.
Designed by Stickman Tribe, Dubai, the Wellness Club offers guests a seamless journey from fitness to relaxation. The 4,000 sq ft gym features state-of-the-art Technogym equipment, Pilates reformers, and specialised training zones bathed in natural light, while an outdoor HIIT-ready gym brings the energy of open-air workouts into focus. Complementing this are advanced recovery therapies such as red-light treatment, Normatec compression, and Hypervolt Pro muscle relief, alongside a hydrothermal zone that includes a cold plunge pool, Himalayan salt sauna, whirlpool, and steam room
The spa presents a curated blend of ancient Asian traditions and contemporary therapies across seven suites, including a couple’s suite. Guests can immerse themselves in signature rituals such as the Taste of India Retreat and Couple Serenity Bath, each tailored to restore equilibrium of body, mind, and spirit. A unisex salon further extends the experience with advanced grooming and skincare treatments, featuring technologies such as Spa Mist II and Yume Oasis head baths.
At the heart of the Wellness Club lies a 100-foot temperature-controlled lap pool, framed by greenery and designed as a tranquil escape from the bustle of the city. Air-purification systems ensure AQI-controlled interiors, while a plastic-free ethos and mindful design touches reflect the Club’s commitment to conscious luxury.
