This November, Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita opens a fresh chapter in luxury dining with the unveiling of seven reimagined culinary venues, created in collaboration with design house ELASTIC. Set against the island’s turquoise waters and lush greenery, the resort’s new gastronomic identity blends international influences with authentic Mauritian character, transforming dining into a series of immersive experiences.

"Our seven newly enhanced and reconceptualized restaurants celebrate both the rich cultural tapestry of Mauritius and a global culinary artistry," says Martin Dell, General Manager of Four Seasons Resort Mauritius. "From the vibrant flavours of Angara, honouring the island’s Indian heritage with authentic tandoor cooking, to the refined blend of Japanese and Asian influences of Awase, and Radici’s rustic charm of a traditional trattoria, each venue tells its own story. Guests can indulge in the sun-kissed tastes of the Mediterranean at Mazette, the French Riviera-inspired main restaurant, or savour the freshest local seafood on the beach at Ti Pwason. With the addition of our curated Rum Library, every dining moment is designed to be a journey of flavours and aromas, connecting our guests to both the heart of Mauritius and the wider world."

Guests can move from lagoon-side aperitifs to barefoot beach grills, theatrical Indian feasts to Mediterranean breezes. Blu’Zil sets the tone as the resort’s social hub, where relaxed daytime lunches flow into lively nights of cocktails and music. The Rum Library offers an intimate retreat, celebrating the Vanilla Islands’ rich rum heritage alongside shisha, cigars, and live rhythms.

Angara brings Indian cuisine to life with tandoor theatrics and shared feasts, guided by Chef Saravana Bhagavath’s modern interpretations. Awase floats above the water, offering Japanese precision fused with pan-Asian creativity, while Mazette captures the spirit of the Mediterranean with Creole nights and Riviera-inspired dishes. Radici brings Italian soul to Mauritius with handmade pastas, pizzas, and aperitivo traditions, and Ti Pwason delivers barefoot island dining with fresh seafood and Creole flair.

The transformation extends beyond the plate. Newly reimagined villas and residences, an expanded overwater spa, and immersive wellness experiences add to the resort’s fresh design ethos. Sustainability remains central, with projects such as seagrass meadow nurseries, seahorse conservation, and endemic flora cultivation strengthening the connection to the island’s spirit.

With its revitalised culinary portfolio, Four Seasons Mauritius at Anahita offers more than dining. It curates moments of celebration, culture, and connection, reaffirming its place as one of the Indian Ocean’s most distinctive luxury destinations.
