Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, in association with Hilton Wedding Diaries, recently hosted its much-awaited Wedding Showcase, positioning itself as North Bengaluru’s leading destination for world-class weddings. The three-day event, held from August 8–10, 2025, welcomed one hundred of India’s most influential wedding planners for an immersive celebration of design, hospitality, and culinary artistry.
The showcase transformed the property into a living canvas of wedding experiences, from traditional cultural ceremonies to glamorous soirées. Guests included leading planners such as Wedding Partners by Lalit Sharma, Global Local Weddings, F5 Advertisement and Weddings, 7vachan and Neferrtiti Weddings, alongside Bengaluru’s top socialites and influencers.
"Our showcase was designed to inspire – to show that any wedding dream, no matter how grand or personal, can come alive right here in Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata," said Manish Garg, General Manager. "We offer the magic of a destination wedding, with the ease of being in your own city."
The Wedding Showcase was not just an event, but a commitment of what Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata can deliver," said Pavan Kumar, Commercial Director. "From scale to service, our property offers unmatched versatility – whether it’s a grand, multi-day celebration or an intimate cultural gathering. With Bengaluru’s growing appeal as a wedding destination, we are uniquely positioned to give families the grandeur of a destination wedding, with the convenience of exceptional connectivity and world-class hospitality right here in the city."
The experience began on July 16, when the hotel lobby transformed into a wedding preview gallery. On August 9, planners embarked on a property tour, exploring indoor and outdoor venues styled with imaginative décor concepts.
The cultural highlight of the showcase was the Jasmine Luncheon Feast at the rooftop, celebrating South Indian heritage with jasmine garlands, brassware, rangolis, and live Carnatic music. Regional delicacies were served on banana leaves, paired with graceful Kathak performances.
As evening fell, guests were transported to Paris for a Moulin Rouge-themed gala dinner featuring a troupe of twenty cabaret dancers and a pan-India culinary showcase. The weekend concluded with a relaxed farewell brunch on 10 August, leaving planners inspired by the endless possibilities Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata can offer for destination weddings.
