Plant-Based Comfort Food Gets A Gourmet Twist

Hilton launched a special Veganuary experience in Bengaluru, encouraging guests to embrace a fresh, flavour-forward approach to plant-based dining. This curated menu reflects the global shift towards conscious eating by combining sustainability, wellness, and culinary creativity.

The menu showcases the versatility of plant-forward cuisine with bold and comforting dishes. Signature items include the Vegan Hyderabadi Lukhmi, a crisp parcel filled with robustly spiced plant protein, Zesty Achari Vegan Tikka, infused with tangy pickled flavors and Malaysian Green Protein Satay served with a rich peanut sauce.

Among the main courses, the Herbivore BBQ Burger pairs glazed plant protein with creamy vegan slaw, while the Pure Plant Protein Laal Maans offers a smoky, slow-cooked indulgence. Other dishes like the Ultimate Garden Protein Bowl and Linguine Alla Vegan Bolognese highlight how comfort food can be reimagined without sacrificing flavour.
