Airport dining is getting a smart upgrade with Hoi, India’s travel-tech platform for airport services, partnering with EaseMyTrip to launch the country’s first Smart Kiosk Rewards Program. The initiative, available at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, and Goa’s Manohar International Airport, aims to turn routine dining into a rewarding travel experience.
Commenting on this partnership, Dhruv Godara, Deputy CEO of Hoi, said, “This collaboration with EaseMyTrip represents our vision of airports as dynamic ecosystems rather than mere transit points. By integrating real-time rewards with our contactless dining solutions, we're fundamentally reimagining how passengers interact with airport services. Every meal becomes an investment in their next journey, creating a continuous cycle of value that extends far beyond the current trip. This partnership exemplifies our commitment to transform airports into intelligent, rewarding environments that anticipate and enhance every aspect of the passenger experience.”
Through Hoi’s contactless food-ordering kiosks, passengers can skip long queues and order meals with ease. Every order earns an instant Rs 500 EaseMyTrip coupon, delivered straight to the traveller’s WhatsApp. To add to the excitement, a monthly draw rewards one lucky passenger with a Rs 5,000 voucher, keeping anticipation high throughout the programme’s three-month run.
On this collaboration, Rikant Pittie, CEO and Co-Founder of EaseMyTrip, commented, “EaseMyTrip has always focused on creating travel experiences that are not just convenient but also rewarding. Our partnership with Hoi takes this vision inside the airport, transforming something as routine as dining into an opportunity for value creation. By offering instant rewards and travel benefits at the point of consumption, we are ensuring that every journey with EaseMyTrip begins even before take-off. This initiative reflects our commitment to innovation and to make every step of the travel experience smarter, more engaging, and customer-centric.”
More than 5,000 passengers have already made use of the kiosks, showing strong adoption across Hoi’s network. For travellers, the rewards programme is not just about convenience; it also makes airport time more engaging while cutting down on future travel costs.
The partnership also reflects Hoi’s larger vision of creating a seamless airport journey. Beyond dining kiosks, the platform integrates real-time flight tracking through direct connections with airport display systems, baggage updates, AI-powered assistance, premium Meet & Greet services, and duty-free shopping. EaseMyTrip’s involvement adds value by linking these everyday moments to future travel plans.
By merging technology, convenience, and rewards, the Smart Kiosk Rewards Program represents a fresh take on airport experiences in India. It also signals a shift from viewing airports purely as transit hubs to seeing them as spaces where travel, leisure, and technology converge.
