House of Abhinandan Lodha Enters Nagpur With Waterfront Project

The House of Abhinandan Lodha has launched operations in Nagpur with plans for a waterfront residential project called Nagpur Marina. The company announced its entry with a paramotor display over Futala Lake on four November 2025.

The development will feature waterfront living with over forty amenities focused on leisure and wellness. This marks the company's first project in Nagpur and introduces a new concept of marina-inspired lifestyle to the city.
