A New Neighbourhood Precinct for Dining and Everyday Leisure
A new dining and leisure precinct, HQ27, has opened in Gurgaon, bringing together a range of cafés, restaurants and contemporary concepts. Positioned within an address known for corporate offices, the precinct has been reimagined as a space designed for everyday visits, dining and informal gatherings.
HQ27 features a curated line-up of brands. These include Aku’s, offering gourmet burgers; Le Marché, recognised for artisanal groceries and premium essentials; Monique, serving patisserie; and Coffee Island, providing everyday brews and light bites. The precinct’s dining options also include Tan Yan by Sticky Rice, serving contemporary Pan-Asian cuisine; Lazeez Affaire, presenting North Indian dishes; Carnatic Café, offering South Indian classics; and She’s Here, serving global comfort cuisine, adding a café-to-cocktail format: Espressos Anyday, Martinis Anynight. Completing the mix is Novy, an experiential concept designed to introduce a cultural format to the precinct.
These concepts, together, create a space suited for long meals, casual outings, and weekend visits, designed to accommodate different social occasions.
Commenting on the launch, Rahul VJ Yadav, Managing Director, Asthetic Township Developers Pvt Ltd, said, “HQ27 isn’t just about building places, it’s about creating experiences that elevate how people work and connect. Every retail reflects our belief that true quality inspires ambition and endures with time. Quality isn’t our promise, it’s our identity.”
Yadav added, “Our intention was to create a precinct that feels inviting from the moment you step in, whether you’re here for a leisurely meal, a quick coffee break or a spontaneous evening out. HQ27 is designed to make the city feel lighter, happier and more connected.”
HQ27 has been developed with features such as expansive parking, defined cab pick-up and drop-off points, and open alfresco areas intended for daytime and evening dining. Located within a residential radius, the precinct aims to function as an accessible neighbourhood destination. HQ27 is now open to visitors.
