IHCL Signs First SeleQtions Hotel In Bengaluru’s Devanahalli

115-Key Resort Conversion To Strengthen IHCL’s Bengaluru Portfolio

Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has announced the signing of a new SeleQtions property in Devanahalli, near Bengaluru. The project involves the conversion of an existing standalone resort, along with an expansion that will increase the total inventory to 120 keys.

The signing of this hotel, the first SeleQtions in Bengaluru, will cater to this growth and expand our brandscape in this key lodging market. The 115-key SeleQtions Prakruthi Resort, Devanahalli, Bengaluru, will feature an eclectic culinary offering, including an all-day diner, a specialty restaurant, a bar and a lounge. Guests can enjoy wellness and recreational facilities such as a spa, gym and swimming pool. The hotel will also offer expansive banqueting facilities spanning over 6,000 square feet, supported by meeting rooms, making it an ideal venue for social and corporate events.
