IHG Hotels & Resorts Continues Expansion, Set to Open Holiday Inn Express in MP

IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced its continued expansion in India with a new management agreement for the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pithampur. The hotel is scheduled to open in early 2028 and aims to serve the region’s growing industrial and automotive sectors.

The property will form part of a large mixed-use development boasting industrial, logistics, and warehousing facilities, positioned to attract business travellers to the area. It will feature 150 modern rooms, two dining options, contemporary meeting spaces, a fitness centre, and ample parking.
