AI-Led Cruise Discovery Expands Choice for Travellers
Int2Cruises, described as Asia’s cruise-first online travel platform, has introduced an AI-powered conversational cruise search that enables travellers to find cruise holidays in everyday language, via text and voice. The company states it is the first in Asia, and possibly globally on the consumer side, to offer natural language and voice-enabled search explicitly designed for cruise travel.
The new feature allows users to bypass filters and browse large lists of itineraries manually. Travellers can type or speak requests such as “Cruise from Barcelona in May 2026,” “Five-night Japan cruise from Yokohama,” or “Three-night Singapore cruise on Disney Cruises,” and receive suggestions within seconds. The platform interprets user intent and connects queries to relevant itineraries.
The launch takes place at a time when travellers are moving towards faster discovery and intuitive planning tools. Cruises remain a difficult category to research due to the variety of ships, destinations, durations and seasonal routes. Int2Cruises aims to address this by using AI to assess user requests in real time and match them with relevant options from its global inventory.
Akansha Agarwal, Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Int2Cruises, said the feature strengthens the company’s focus on simplifying cruise travel for Indian travellers. “Int2Cruises was built to address the real challenges Indian travellers face while planning and booking a cruise. From navigating unfamiliar ships and destinations to comparing the itineraries. Our new AI search is a significant step forward in that direction. It gives travellers control by allowing them to simply speak or type the holiday they want and instantly discover the itineraries that match. Our goal is to make cruise booking as effortless and intuitive as booking any other travel product online, and this launch moves us meaningfully closer towards it.”
The company states that integrating voice-enabled and conversational search into cruise discovery represents a shift in travel technology, as travellers adopt mobile-first planning and seek results without filters. According to Int2Cruises, the AI engine reduces the time and effort involved in cruise research and selection.
