Today, the brand unveils its new campaign, “Don’t Be a Guest, Be a Guest Star,” fronted by none other than Kylian Mbappé.

The new campaign, “Don’t Be a Guest, Be a Guest Star,” takes a playful approach. Crafted with creative input from Ogilvy, the advert features Mbappé arriving at a hotel alongside other guests, sparking a light-hearted dilemma among staff: who should they welcome first? The message is clear — with ALL Accor, every guest is treated like a star. Whether a world-famous icon or a regular traveller, each guest receives the same thoughtful care and personalised service to meet their unique needs and wishes.

Spanning brands such as Sofitel, Fairmont, Rixos, ibis and Novotel, the campaign highlights a hospitality experience tailored with precision — from protecting guests’ privacy and organising private boat trips, to spa treatments or behind-the-scenes access to hotel kitchens. Every detail is designed to surpass expectations.

From June 12, 2025, the campaign will premiere across major markets including France, the UK, Germany, Australia, Brazil, and China. The rollout features a full 360° activation, with a heroic film and visuals promoted via social media, video-on-demand (VOD) advertising over two months, and digital outdoor advertising in airports for one month.

The campaign will also be boosted through an influencer activation. Five handpicked content creators, selected from Mbappé’s “Close Friends” list on Instagram, will gain exclusive access to behind-the-scenes content through private Stories. One lucky follower will be invited to experience life as a true “Guest Star” on a bespoke trip, immersed in personalised services and curated experiences.

Since July 2024, Accor and Mbappé have been on a shared journey, notably through initiatives like “We Care for ALL,” supported by the Inspired by KM charity. This programme offers young people opportunities to explore the world through sport and culture.
