The new franchise – Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels will be located in Kurali, Kharar, within Mohali district, catering to both business and leisure travellers.

This hotel will be franchised under Lemon Tree Hotels Limited for distribution and marketing purposes and further strengthens the company’s presence in Punjab, catering to both business and leisure travellers with a fresh, vibrant, and value-driven experience. Kurali is a rapidly developing hub in the Kharar tehsil that balances urban convenience with the buzz of urban growth. Just a short drive from Chandigarh, this fast-developing corridor is known for its scenic surroundings, easy accessibility, and growing mix of business and leisure hubs. 

Strategically positioned near Chandigarh, the 38-room hotel will offer a restaurant, banquet and conference facilities, a fitness centre, and easy access to Chandigarh International Airport (31 km) and Chandigarh Railway Station (30 km).
