On June 23, 2025, Indian travel industry leaders enjoyed a special evening atop Chicago’s 360 CHICAGO, immersed in spectacular views and curated hospitality. Hosted in partnership with Magnicity, the event featured handcrafted cocktails at CloudBar and a chef-curated menu high above Lake Michigan, symbolising the strengthening connection between Indian and American tourism.
Perched on the 94th floor (formerly the John Hancock Centre), 360 CHICAGO offers breathtaking vistas of the city skyline and lakefront. It boasts unique attractions such as TILT—Chicago’s only outward-tilting thrill ride—and CloudWalk, the city’s highest open-air deck showcasing local art. CloudBar combines elevated views with a flavour of Chicago’s neighbourhood charm and hosts seasonal events, fireworks, and the Air & Water Show.
In June 2024, Magnicity acquired the 95th and 96th floors of the tower, marking a major milestone. After a multi-million-pound renovation, these new levels are set to open in 2027, connected by a grand staircase to improve the visitor experience. Over the past decade, the company has invested nearly £16 million into 360 CHICAGO, resulting in a 60% rise in visitors and solidifying its position as a top destination for immersive city exploration.
“At Magnicity, we believe cities have stories to tell—and the best way to hear them is from above,” said Alexia Vettier, CEO of Magnicity. “Welcoming our Indian partners to 360 CHICAGO was a celebration of connection, culture, and shared ambition. As we expand globally, we remain rooted in creating meaningful, localised experiences that resonate across borders.”
Jim Vozzella, Senior Sales Manager at 360 CHICAGO, added, “It was an absolute pleasure hosting our Indian trade guests for an evening that blended skyline views with authentic hospitality. The energy, engagement, and feedback we received reinforce how vital this market is—and how excited we are for what’s next.”
The event also confirmed Magnicity’s plans for further development, including negotiations for new observation platforms across Asia, the Americas, and Europe, as well as the potential launch of its Spiral Tower concept—a sustainable structure made from spiralling modules.
