Mumbai has a new flavour obsession, and it's coming in hot. Nando’s, the globally loved South African brand behind the iconic flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken, has officially opened its first Casa in the heart of the city at Kamala Mills. After making waves in Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, and beyond, Mumbai is the latest to be won over by the bold, zesty flavours that have already set cities like London, Dubai, and Sydney buzzing.
This new flagship Casa is more than just another restaurant – it's a key chapter in Nando’s India journey. With 18 outlets across seven cities already, the brand plans to fire up 12 more this year and is eyeing 100 Casas nationwide in the next decade.
“From the start of our Joint Venture, we have been working to bring Nando’s to Mumbai in a big way and are super excited to officially launch the Mumbai chapter of Nando’s India journey, bringing the spirit of Nando’s to Mumbaikars – said Sameer Bhasin, CEO Nando’s India. “Mumbai is not just a commercial hub, but a city that thrives on community, culture, and connection. We see a beautiful synergy between the city’s spirit and Nando’s values.”
Founded in Johannesburg in 1987, Nando’s grew into a global favourite thanks to its signature PERi-PERi marinades made from fresh ingredients and no artificial additives. Every chicken is flame-grilled to perfection and spiced to your liking – whether you're in the mood for mellow Lemon & Herb or daring Extra Hot.
