Pair’d Festival 2025 Highlights
The 2025 Pair’d Margaret River Region x Range Rover festival concluded its second edition, presenting more than thirty events across Western Australia’s South West from November 20 to 23. The festival followed its 2024 debut, which the media had described as “Australia’s chicest wine and food festival”, and brought together visitors from Australia and overseas.
The programme featured diverse experiences, including underground opera in ancient caves and fire-led dinners curated by Michelin-starred chefs. The festival maintained its focus on the pairing of flavour, place and creativity.
Festival Director Hannah Pike said the second edition reinforced Pair’d as a distinct wine event in the global calendar. Pike said, “The 2025 program saw events sell out within minutes which is a true reflection of the appetite for authentic, creative and deeply sensory experiences that celebrate the spirit of the Margaret River Region.” She added, “This year we saw guests connect not only with incredible wine and food, but also with the land, the people, even the ‘sounds’ that makes this region so unique.” Pike also noted the festival’s recent inclusion in Condé Nast’s Best Places to Visit 2026 list, adding, “Earlier this month, we were absolutely thrilled to be included in Condé Nast’s Best Places to Visit 2026 global list and can’t wait to share the details of what we have planned for the next edition of Pair’d in the coming months.”
Pair’d Margaret River Region is a Western Australian Government-owned event delivered by agencies We Are Gather, Mellen Events and Ahoy Management. The event is supported by commercial partners including Range Rover, Singapore Airlines, and Mastercard, as well as more than 50 local venues and operators.
Western Australian Tourism Minister Reece Whitby said the festival presented the region to a global audience. Whitby said, “Pair’d continues to boost Western Australia’s reputation as a global destination for premium culinary and cultural experiences.” He said the timing aligned with the Margaret River Region hosting The World’s 50 Best Vineyards 2025 Awards, adding that this enabled international media and industry representatives to attend both events. Whitby said, “Beyond the economic and potential trade benefits for local producers and operators, it reinforces what makes the region truly special—its natural beauty, rich culture and world-class tourism offering.” He added that the festival supported the Government’s objective of creating a year-round events calendar to grow the State’s visitor economy.
Details of the 2026 programme and ticket access will be announced through the festival newsletter.
