The highly anticipated Pair’d Margaret River Region x Range Rover Festival is set to return from 20 to 23 November 2025, with a stunning lineup of 30 curated experiences blending world-class food, wine, music, and cultural storytelling. Held in one of Australia’s most scenic wine regions, this second edition follows a sell-out debut last year and cements Margaret River’s growing global spotlight.
Headlining the 2025 festival is none other than Francis Mallmann, the Argentinian fire-cooking icon and Netflix’s Chef’s Table star, marking his first return to Australia in over a decade. He’ll be joined by top culinary names including Julien Royer (Odette, Singapore), Rishi Naleendra (Cloudstreet, Singapore), and Nathan Outlaw (Outlaw’s, UK), among others.
Festival highlights include:
- Burnt Ends & Friends: A fiery feast with Mallmann, Dave Pynt, Andy Hearnden and more at Wills Domain.
- Ngilgi Reverie: An ethereal opera and didgeridoo performance inside a limestone cave, with bushfood aperitivo.
- Tasting Notes: A world-first sonic wine experience by Dr Jo Burzynska, where wines are explored through sound.
- The Grand Tasting: A lavish garden party with tastings, opera, and masterclasses from Matt Moran, Silvia Colloca and Tom Parker Bowles.
- Pair’d Beach Club: Michelin-starred seaside dining with DJ beats on Meelup Beach.
With the World’s 50 Best Vineyards Awards taking place just before the festival, all eyes will be on Margaret River, which produces just 2 per cent of Australia’s wine but over 20 per cent of its premium labels.
The festival, backed by Tourism WA and now presented by Range Rover, also supports local chefs, winemakers, and cultural custodians, making it a celebration of both global and regional talent.
Tickets go on sale from today. With direct flights to Busselton-Margaret River from Perth, Sydney and Melbourne, it’s never been easier to escape to one of Australia’s most breathtaking food and wine destinations.
