Preferred Hotels & Resorts Adds 14 Properties Across Three Continents

Preferred Hotels & Resorts has added 14 new member properties to its global portfolio during the third quarter of 2025. The expansion includes hotels across Europe, North America, and South America.

The new European properties include Backstage Hotel Stockholm in Sweden; Alexandra Lakeside Hotel and Hotel Schweizerhof in Switzerland; Don Carlos Marbella in Spain; and Hotel Franz in Germany.

North American additions comprise Sun Rose West Hollywood, The Hotel Chelsea and The Fifth Avenue Hotel in New York, Pendry West Hollywood, and BON Park Hotel in Mexico.

South America gains Paru Boutique Hotel in Brazil, while Asia adds The Outpost Hotel Sentosa in Singapore. The portfolio also includes new properties in Morocco and the United Arab Emirates.

Each property offers distinct experiences, from the music-themed Backstage Hotel Stockholm to the beachfront Don Carlos Marbella and nature-focused Paru Boutique Hotel. The expansion strengthens the group's presence across key luxury travel markets.

With these additions, Preferred Hotels & Resorts continues to grow its collection of independent luxury hotels, now comprising more than 700 properties across 80 countries. The group maintains its focus on curating distinctive accommodations for travellers through its global network.
