Princess Cruises has announced enhancements to its popular Premier and Plus packages, which will be available from July 22, for voyages in 2026. These updates introduce greater flexibility and additional benefits that guests have been requesting, including more casual dining options and increased shore excursion credits.

The refreshed packages now feature increased pre-cruise prices, with the Princess Premier Package costing £100 per person per day and the Princess Plus Package at £65 per person per day. For the new Sphere class ships, Sun Princess and Star Princess, the pre-cruise prices are set at £105 and £70 per person per day respectively. These packages continue to offer significant savings of between 50 and 70 per cent compared to purchasing the components separately.

“By thoughtfully evolving our packages, we’re ensuring they reflect what our guests truly desire: more flexibility, enhanced culinary experiences, and opportunities to explore ashore, all the while retaining the exceptional benefits they’ve come to expect. Ultimately, it’s about delivering an even more rewarding and personalised vacation experience,” said Alfredo Jimenez, Princess Cruises Vice President, Onboard Revenue.

Key updates to the packages include:

  • Premier Package:Now includes a new shore excursion credit, depending on voyage length: £100 for 6–9 days, £200 for 10–20 days, and up to £300 for voyages of 21 days or more. It also continues to offer the unlimited Premier Beverage Package, unlimited casual and speciality dining, Wi-Fi for four devices, waived fees for OceanNow and room service, unlimited digital professional photos, reserved seating for theatre shows, and daily crew appreciation.
  • Plus Package:Now includes two additional casual dining meals per voyage, bringing the total to four. It retains the Plus Beverage Package, Wi-Fi for a single device, waived fees for OceanNow® and room service, and daily crew appreciation.

To incorporate these guest-inspired enhancements, some features with lower usage, such as premium desserts, juice bar access, Medallion shipping, fitness classes, and Princess prizes, will be removed.
