Qatar Airways has revealed its revised global winter schedule, featuring increased flights to over 15 destinations worldwide. Passengers can now enjoy greater flexibility and convenience ahead of the season, with the airline’s Doha hub, Hamad International Airport, continuing to serve as a premier connection point. As voted the World’s Best Airline by Skytrax in 2025 for a record ninth time, Qatar Airways is also announcing its highest-ever flight frequency to London, offering up to ten daily flights. This is complemented by British Airways' twice-daily services to the capital.

Qatar Airways Chief Commercial Officer, Thierry Antinori, commented, “Qatar Airways is consistently witnessing a steady rise in demand for our 5-star services to some of the most prominent destinations in the world, most notably for London, Dublin, Cape Town, and São Paulo. This winter, in partnership with Qatar Airways, Virgin Australia will launch flights from Melbourne to Doha, increasing capacity to three daily flights between the two cities. Qatar Airways will also restart services to Canberra, reinforcing its commitment to enhance connectivity between Australia and the world.

He further added, “The latest increase in flight frequency is testament to our continual and unmatched enhancements of experiences for our passengers travelling through the Best Airport in the Middle East – our hub, Hamad International Airport.”

Travellers will benefit from increased flight options this winter, with Abu Dhabi seeing an increase from five to six daily flights, Berlin from 18 to 21 weekly flights, Cape Town from 10 to 12, Casablanca from four to five, Dublin from 14 to 17, Frankfurt from 18 to 21, Johannesburg from 14 to 18, London Heathrow from eight to ten daily flights, Madrid from 14 to 17, the Maldives from three to four daily flights, Manchester from 21 to 24 weekly flights, Phuket from three to four daily flights, São Paulo from 14 to 18 weekly flights, Sharjah from three daily flights to up to seven, Tokyo Narita from 11 to 14 weekly flights, and Toronto from five to seven weekly flights.

Further supporting its extensive network, Qatar Airways operates a young fleet of aircraft, including 54 Boeing 777s equipped with ultra-high-speed Starlink onboard Wi-Fi, available free of charge for all passengers. The airline is the first in the world to outfit more than 50 widebody aircraft with Starlink, and is the only carrier in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region to offer this service. Passengers in both Premium and Economy cabins benefit from gate-to-gate Wi-Fi speeds of up to 500 Mbps. The airline is also in the process of equipping its Airbus A350 fleet with Starlink technology, with full installation expected within the year.

A benchmark for excellence in the aviation industry, Qatar Airways continues to lead in global connectivity. By expanding its network in response to evolving travel trends and market demands, the airline strives to provide outstanding service to its community of leisure and business travellers worldwide.
