Staycation packages and New Year’s Eve dining programmes across Roseate hotels

Roseate Hotels & Resorts unveiled a range of New Year experiences across its luxury properties in New Delhi, offering staycation packages, New Year’s Eve dining programmes and festive hospitality options for guests welcoming 2026.

At The Roseate New Delhi, the New Year staycation includes accommodation in a Premium Suite with round-the-clock butler service, festive in-room décor, and a welcome arrangement featuring sparkling wine, chocolates, and canapés. Guests can also participate in a New Year’s Eve gala dinner at Kiyan, the hotel’s open-air, world-cuisine restaurant. The dinner includes live cooking stations and a curated beverage programme. The stay experience also consists of an exceptional turndown service at midnight, 20 per cent savings on spa services, and late checkout on January 1, 2026, until 1 p.m.

The New Year’s Eve Gala at Kiyan will be held on December 31, 2025, from seven p.m. to twelve a.m. The menu includes a selection of seasonal dishes such as roasted chicken, braised leg of lamb and grilled preparations.

Roseate House New Delhi will also host a New Year’s Eve dining programme on December 31, 2025. The curated menu includes dishes such as smoked salmon blinis, truffle risotto, and grilled prawns, followed by desserts such as champagne sorbet, opera slice, and assorted petit fours. A midnight toast with sparkling wine and a dedicated dessert buffet will mark the transition into the New Year.
