New Locations Blend Business, Leisure And Destination Experiences

Sayaji Hotels announced the signing of five new properties during the third quarter, located in Nagpur, Chakan, Pune, Sasan Gir, Lonavala and Ranjangaon MIDC. 

Each location reflects Sayaji Hotels’ commitment to creating experience-focused properties that cater to a variety of travel needs. Nagpur, a rapidly developing commercial and transport hub in Central India, serves both business and leisure visitors. Chakan in Pune, recognised as one of MaharashtraSayaji Hotels is set to expand across key Indian destinations, including Nagpur, Pune, Lonavala, and Sasan Gir, offering modern amenities, immersive experiences, and the brand’s signature “Yours Truly” service’s fastest-expanding industrial areas, attracts steady demand from corporate and transit travellers. Sasan Gir offers a promising leisure destination set against a unique natural backdrop, ideal for immersive and destination-focused hospitality. Lonavala is a renowned hill station popular for leisure vacations, destination weddings, corporate retreats and sports activities. Lastly, Ranjangaon MIDC in Pune, an important industrial and manufacturing center, consistently draws business travelers and long-stay guests.

The expansion is led by Pawandeep Singh Mago, Director – Business Development, who heads sign-ups and strategic collaborations for the brand. His focus remains on aligning with asset owners in markets that offer scalable growth, strong infrastructure and operational sustainability.
