This October, Shangri-La hotels across the Middle East, Europe, the UK, India, the Indian Ocean and the Americas are coming together for Taste of Shangri-La 2025 — a month-long celebration of global cuisine, creativity, and connection.
Spanning 13 destinations, the event brings together the group’s most celebrated chefs, each curating a special menu that reflects the flavours and spirit of their locale. Guests can dine at acclaimed restaurants such as Hoi An, Shang Palace, La Bauhinia, TĪNG, Ssaffron, Caprese, and Yataii, among others — each venue presenting a distinct take on craftsmanship and culture.
In India, the spotlight shines on Shangri-La Eros New Delhi and Shangri-La Bengaluru. At Sorrento in Delhi, diners can indulge in Italian creations like Scottish salmon salad and lamb ravioli, while Shang Palace presents signature Cantonese dishes, including Sanchen-spiced chicken and wok-fried prawns. In Bengaluru, Caprese leads with refined Italian flavours, Ssaffron honours India’s rich culinary roots, Shang Palace continues its Cantonese legacy, and Yataii celebrates Japanese precision through sushi and teppanyaki.
Menus are priced from Rs 2,500 in Bengaluru and Rs 3,500 in New Delhi, making the experience as inviting as it is indulgent.
From the spice-laden kitchens of Istanbul to the refined tables of Paris and London, Taste of Shangri-La 2025 unites a world of flavours under one banner — a reminder that the best journeys often begin at the dining table.
