Celebrating Regional Flavours
This Women’s Day, Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway will host a special edition of its Bazaar-e-Zaika Sunday Brunch, inviting guests to celebrate womanhood through food, culture, and creativity. The curated brunch highlights the work of five women chefs who come together to present a festive afternoon of diverse flavours and culinary traditions.
Taking place at Feast, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, the event will feature a group of chefs, Pooja Dhara, Anoopa Prasad, Anismita Das, and Vani KS each presenting regional dishes influenced by their culinary backgrounds and personal food experiences.
Conceptualised as a vibrant mela-inspired showcase, the brunch offers guests a journey across India’s diverse culinary landscape. From the comforting flavours of Bengal curated by Chef Pooja Dhara to the festive traditions of Mathura presented by Chef Anoopa Prasad, the coastal richness of Odisha by Chef Anismita Das and an authentic exploration of Karnataka cuisine by Chef Vani KS, the afternoon celebrates heritage through thoughtfully crafted dishes.
Guests can indulge in lively chaat bazaar favourites, freshly prepared live tawa specials, and beloved Indian classics, culminating in nostalgic desserts such as hot jalebis, malpuas and traditional matka kulfi served fresh from live counters.
More than a brunch, Bazaar-e-Zaika is a heartfelt tribute to women shaping culinary spaces today celebrating passion, craftsmanship and the joy of coming together over memorable food experiences. The experience promises a warm and festive afternoon perfect for celebrating Women’s Day with friends and family.
