Neapolitan Sourdough Pizza Brand Expands Presence in the Capital
Si Nonna’s has opened its Neapolitan sourdough pizzeria in Greater Kailash II, Delhi, marking its entry into the capital’s dining landscape. The brand follows traditional pizza-making methods originating from Naples and adheres to standards set by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN).
The brand is recognised as the world’s largest AVPN-certified pizzeria network and follows globally recognised Neapolitan pizza-making practices. Its pizzas are prepared with 24-hour-fermented sourdough, Italian techniques, and a blend of imported and locally sourced ingredients.
The menu includes signature offerings such as Pizza No. Two, prepared with tomato sauce, buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil, and extra-virgin olive oil, along with Pizza No. Three featuring garlic, olives, capers, fresh basil and Fior di Latte. Other menu categories include Panuozzo sandwiches, Eggplant Parmigiana, kombuchas, coolers, fresh gelatos and tiramisu made with mascarpone cream and espresso-soaked savoiardi.
Vegetarian, vegan and Jain-friendly options are also available across the menu.
The Greater Kailash II outlet features an open-kitchen format in which pizzas are prepared by hand. The space includes an interactive kitchen area where guests can select ingredients and participate in the pizza-making process under staff guidance.
Speaking on the Delhi launch, Ayush Jatia said,

The outlet is located at M-50, Ground Floor, M Block Market, Greater Kailash II, Delhi.
