SpiceJet Launches Direct Flights From India To Phuket

SpiceJet is set to make trips to Thailand even easier with the launch of daily non-stop flights from India to Phuket, the country’s largest island and a favourite with travellers. Starting October 31, 2025, flights will take off from Delhi, while services from Mumbai will begin on November 6.

With this expansion, SpiceJet will now connect Indian passengers to two of Thailand’s most popular destinations — Phuket and Bangkok. The airline says the new routes aim to meet growing demand from leisure travellers looking for quick and affordable access to Thailand’s beach escapes.

Phuket has long been a magnet for Indian visitors, thanks to its mix of pristine beaches, water sports and island-hopping opportunities. Day trips to the famous Phi Phi Islands are a major draw, while on the island itself, visitors can wander through Old Phuket Town, known for its pastel-hued Sino-Portuguese architecture, or visit the impressive Big Buddha statue. Add to that a buzzing nightlife and flavour-packed Thai street food, and it is clear why the island remains a must-visit destination.

Tickets for the new flights are now available on SpiceJet’s website and mobile app, with fares positioned to appeal to both budget-conscious and spontaneous travellers. With direct connections from two of India’s busiest cities, reaching Phuket’s sandy shores is set to become simpler and more convenient than ever.
