The Travel Agents Association of India (TAAI) has officially announced its 68th Annual Convention & Exhibition, set to take place in Abu Dhabi, UAE, from September 17–19, 2025. The event also marks 74 years of TAAI’s legacy, reaffirming its role as a cornerstone of India’s travel and tourism industry.
Held under the forward-looking theme “Business with Goodness”, the convention promises a dynamic platform for travel professionals across India to connect, collaborate, and co-create the future of travel.
The Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Emirates Pearl has been chosen as the convention headquarters, offering a luxurious and culturally vibrant setting. Over three days, delegates will be treated to a thoughtfully curated blend of networking, knowledge exchange, celebration, and immersive destination experiences.
The event will kick off on September 17 with a grand inaugural ceremony, followed by a colourful welcome dinner featuring entertainment and networking opportunities.
The following two days, September 18 and 19, will be dedicated to insightful knowledge sessions led by industry leaders, addressing current challenges and emerging opportunities in travel, aviation, hospitality, and tourism marketing. A key highlight is the signature TAAI B2B session, creating valuable business opportunities for exhibitors and buyers alike.
The evenings promise celebration with a theme dinner on September 18 and a gala networking evening on September 19, all accompanied by curated culinary experiences, true to TAAI’s tradition of blending professional purpose with cultural richness.
Beyond the conference halls, delegates will also get to explore Abu Dhabi’s most iconic landmarks, including the BAPS Hindu Mandir, Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Louvre Abu Dhabi, TeamLab Phenomena, and Qasr Al Watan — showcasing the city's rich heritage and modern charm.
