Taj Introduces Ninaad at Rambagh Palace

Taj, the hospitality brand under Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL), has launched the first edition of Ninaad at Rambagh Palace, Jaipur. The three-day cultural programme brought together performances, heritage-focused experiences and culinary events at the palace, which Taj identifies as a Living Legacy property.

The opening evening featured a sarod recital by Amaan Ali Bangash and Ayaan Ali Bangash, followed by A Royal Feast Under the Stars. The menu, prepared by the Master Chefs of Rambagh Palace, highlighted the culinary traditions of Rajasthan on the Mughal Lawns. Poet Shailesh Lodha presented a set of verses described as reflective and engaging.

The evening concluded with a couture showcase by Anamika Khanna, staged against the backdrop of Rambagh Palace. Guests then attended a seven-course dinner accompanied by a performance by The Bombay Choir. The programme was attended by cultural figures and invited guests.

Taj describes Ninaad as part of its approach to presenting India’s cultural identity through curated formats. With a portfolio of palace hotels in Udaipur, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Gwalior, Hyderabad, Varanasi and Mumbai, the brand states that it remains focused on conserving and presenting heritage spaces. Taj has indicated that Ninaad will continue with new editions that highlight artistic traditions and storytelling.
