Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS), a global provider of IT services, consulting, and business solutions, has renewed its seven-year strategic partnership with Virgin Atlantic, the UK-based premium long-haul airline. The collaboration aims to further develop Virgin Atlantic’s technological infrastructure to support its digital transformation efforts.

As part of this engagement, TCS will modernise Virgin Atlantic’s core technology operations through the deployment of a cloud-first, AI-enabled digital core. This initiative aims to improve operational resilience, scalability, and business agility. A key feature of the project is the creation of an advanced Technology Command Centre, co-developed with TCS, which will provide real-time insights to optimise decision-making, streamline processes, and support staff with relevant, up-to-date information.

The upgraded systems are expected to enhance both customer and crew experiences, facilitating more sustainable and efficient journeys while enabling hyper-personalised service at every touchpoint.
