Techspian, a technology company from Pune, has unveiled CBT Suite, a pioneering AI-native platform designed specifically for Travel Management Companies (TMCs). With a $3 million investment dedicated to enhancing its AI capabilities, this innovative platform promises to transform how corporate travel is managed worldwide, marking a major milestone in India’s reputation as a hub for travel technology innovation.

CBT Suite arrives at a crucial moment for the $1.4 trillion corporate travel industry, which has long grappled with outdated, fragmented systems and manual processes. Meanwhile, consumer travel experiences have become seamless and sophisticated.

"This isn't another travel booking tool with AI features bolted on as an afterthought," said Sameer Lodha, CEO of Techspian. "We built CBT Suite with AI as its foundation, attacking the core problems that have plagued corporate travel management for years. The timing couldn't be better as AI technology has matured enough to transform the entire travel lifecycle."

Corporate travel teams often handle multiple systems, spending hours matching invoices, verifying receipts, and chasing approvals. These issues have made it difficult to compete with direct booking options, risking client retention and revenue losses.

CBT Suite addresses these challenges through:

  • Unified access to global travel inventories from GDS, NDC, OTAs, and aggregators
  • AI-powered financial reconciliation and fraud detection
  • Customisable policy enforcement tools
  • Real-time analytics and predictive insights

Proven in practice, the platform was tested for a year with three enterprise clients prior to this global launch. Early reports show impressive results:

  • 99.8 per cent policy compliance
  • 23 per cent reduction in transaction costs
  • 45 per cent boost in customer satisfaction

"We've seen dramatic changes in our operation," confirmed a Travel Manager at one of the beta clients. "Tasks that once took our team days now happen automatically in the background. The cost savings alone justified the switch, but the improved traveller satisfaction has been the biggest surprise."

"This global launch opens CBT Suite to TMCs worldwide," said Marvel Puri, Co-Founder at Techspian. "Our $3 million investment will allow us to continue investing in technology and support staff in Pune, while pushing the entire sector forward with next-generation technology."
